The slim base of the Britax Eclipse Si will help with the fitting of the seat in vehicles with sculptured, narrow or small rear seats, like those found in sports models. The seat can be fitted easily as it has a spring loaded belt locking mechanism making it possible to fit even in cars with just 3 doors. The Eclipse is one of the few seats available that can be fitted using a lap strap (2 point seat belt) it does also accept three point seat belts making it very versatile.
