bambino direct and to my door Despite reading much of the concerns of others, I have nothing but praise for the company. I ordered a 'Phil and Ted's' Classic buggy on-line. The ordering process was direct and easy. Moreover, I received my goods within 6 days. I had a slight problem with the delivery which meant that part of the shipment was dispatched to the wrong depot, not only did Bambino Direct deal with the issue in a prompt and courteous way, but they also arranged for the item to be urgently shipped and delivered on Saturday. this level of service is excellent and I can not recommend them highly enough. We had ordered a Stokke Cot from one of your competitors (Two Left Feet) back in October and by Christmas it had still not been delivered. We were getting nowhere with them and they were being extremely unhelpful with delivery dates, so I cancelled the order with them and bought it through you. Your sales team were very friendly and your customer services team did exactly what they said they would do. The cot was delivered within a couple of days and I was kept informed at all stages as to the status of our order EXCELLENT!!!
