Just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed by the speed of delivery of my tripp trapp chair and the also efficiency of UK freight who delivered it. I called them to find out the approxiatmate time of the delivery and they delivered bang on according to their representative. Very impressive. Superb customer service. I had to change my delivery address at last minute (due to my error)when my parcel was already on the delivery vehicle, they got in touch with the driver and had it diverted to my alternative delivery address. I placed an order with another nursery retailer for the stokke xplory on a 5-7 day delivery. After 4 weeks I was told they are unable to deliver for another 2 weeks !! I placed a telephone order with Bambino Direct on Thursday and my order arrived today. Staff were very helpful and told me all items were in stock for immediate delivery. Thankyou Bambino Direct.

We saw a SilverCorss 3D travel system in Mothercare but looked on the internet to see if there were any deals that we could find. We saw the travel system on Bambino Direct at a fantastic price. We were told on the order that it would be a 2 week delivery but we received it before then - cannot fault the delivery at all - Staff were very helpful on the phone and always responded to emails promptly aswell. Would definately use again and would recommend to friends and family.

hi, just bought the bugaboo bee package from bambino, the best price ever, nearly saved me 125 pounds compared to mothercare!!! the delivery was so prompt thankyou, the bee is soo wicked to push, and the sales people who handled my sale were wonderful, i changed my order last minute and they quickly adgusted it and sent eh remaining items, which i got together!! ordered on fri got on mon!! wonderful, will shop with you again!

We were very pleased with the service provided. We were contacted to advise that out order was ready subject to one item that could not be sourced, but an alternative colour was available. Once we confirmed the alterntive our full order, including our great Silver Cross pram system arrived to Northern Ireland within 2 working days. Even with the addtional delivery charge to Northern Ireland, the special offers meant we got what we wanted cheaper than we could source locally. Thank You

I was most dissappointed with the service as I was not informed of any delay and none of my e-mails were answered. my product was in stock but they had no box to deliver it in which was not a problem but would have been nice to have known instead of having to chase.

Brilliant site, the travel system packages made it much cheaper than buying anywhere else, and the delivery came two days after I ordered. I originally placed my order in the wrong colour and the staff were incredibly helpful and promised to sort out the mix up for me.
