Please allow 5-7 working days for the delivery of your goods. However Most goods are dispatched the next working day on an overnight service from point of ordering.
At point of dispatch customers are alerted by email of a consignment tracking number. Deliveries are made between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Please note once goods are disptached from our warehouse the customer is responsible for the status of delivery, Our couriers will make 2 attempts to deliver goods after this goods are automatically returned back to us and we reserve the right to levy an administration charge of £20.00 for re-delivery. Please note we cannot accept liability for any delays outside our control.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order within the normal delivery periods we will contact you as soon as this is known and offer you the option to cancel your order or to select an alternative product.
Due to high levels of internet fraud since the introduction of chip and pin all of our orders are security checked to prevent any fraudulant transactions. On occasions you may be asked extra security questions prior to goods being sent.
Should an order be cancelled after despatch or you refuse delivery of an item, then we reserve the right to levy an administration charge deducted from any refund of monies due to you (this is equivalent to our Dispatch and RTB courier fees.

In order to provide such a wide stock range it is not possible for us to stock every product and some products will be ordered direct from the manufacturer.
