    Returning an item within 7 days

    You can cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery. Feel free to take a look at your new purchase but if you’re not entirely happy with it you can send it back to us right away!

    If you change your mind within 9 months of purchase we will happily give you a full refund. Give us a call on 0844 412 4524 and we’ll talk you through the process or follow these 3 easy peasy steps…

    Step 1: As long as the item you wish to return is brand new, unused, and complete with its original packaging and you have your receipt we will be happy to process the return. (psst… we’re happy for you to check out the product when you receive it, just be careful with the packaging)

    Step 3: Once your return has been approved please send your item back to us. When we receive your item we’ll happily process your refund to the full value.
